Technical website delivery

When a visitor requests a page, the hosting systems must process technical request data to deliver the files and protect the service. Depending on the server configuration, this can include the IP address, date and time, requested path, referrer, browser or user-agent information, response status and transferred data volume.

The purpose is reliable delivery, error diagnosis and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Tesi Product has a legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website.

Hetzner provides the hosting infrastructure and can process technical data on Tesi Product's behalf. Tesi Product does not use these request data for analytics. Technical data are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required for delivery, operational security or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Nginx access and error logs are rotated automatically each day and retained for no longer than seven days. They are used only to operate and protect the website, not for visitor analytics.

No cookies, forms or tracking

This website does not set cookies and contains no contact form, user account, newsletter, analytics service, advertising tracker, embedded map, video player, social media widget or externally loaded font. The site is delivered as local HTML, CSS and image files.

Email and telephone contact

Email and telephone contact are separate from visiting the website. If you contact Tesi Product voluntarily, we process the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, message content and related correspondence, to answer the enquiry and coordinate the requested business matter.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps or a contract, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate business correspondence, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where a legal obligation applies.

General enquiries are erased when the matter has been handled and any necessary follow-up is complete. Contractual or legally relevant correspondence is retained for the applicable limitation or statutory period. Accounting records and supporting documents are generally retained for eight years under Section 169 of the Hungarian Accounting Act.

Recipients

Personal data are disclosed only where necessary to operate the hosting, email or telephone service, to fulfil a business request, or to meet a legal obligation. Service providers process data under their respective contractual and legal duties. Tesi Product does not sell personal data and does not use website request data for advertising profiles.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, known as NAIH.

Legal references

This notice applies data minimisation and storage limitation under Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation. The accounting retention reference is Section 169 of the Hungarian Accounting Act. Hosting details must be matched to the selected product using Hetzner's data protection documentation.
